Our Commitment

Cherry Blossom Collective is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to information about behavioral health services should not be limited by disability, and we work to meet and maintain Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

What We've Built In

Keyboard Navigation

Every page on this site can be navigated using a keyboard alone. A "Skip to main content" link appears when you press Tab on any page, allowing keyboard and screen reader users to bypass the navigation menu.

Screen Reader Support

We use semantic HTML with proper landmark roles — navigation, main content, and footer are all correctly marked so screen readers can orient users quickly. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers and meaningful images have descriptive alt text.

Focus Indicators

All interactive elements — links, buttons, and form fields — display a visible focus outline when navigated by keyboard, so users always know where they are on the page.

Form Accessibility

Our inquiry form uses properly associated labels for every input, marks required fields with the appropriate attributes, and is fully navigable by keyboard and screen reader.

Color and Contrast

We aim to meet WCAG AA contrast requirements for all text. Our primary text on light backgrounds meets the 4.5:1 contrast ratio standard. If you find any area of the site where contrast feels insufficient, please let us know.

Responsive Design

The site is fully responsive and works across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
